• Direct Contact: Direct contact will be made with the members of the Midcoast Properties’
database, developed over several years of specializing in the sale of self storage facilities.
• Direct Mail: Postcards will be distributed to thousands of individuals and companies on our
current database of active buyers and sellers. As part of the direct mail campaign, a flyer
will be mailed to a target area within a specific radius of the property to individuals and
companies who have expressed an interest in self storage facilities.
• Email: Eblasts and emails will be sent to our database of active buyers and sellers.
• Information Package: Once listed with Midcoast Properties, Inc., a presentation package
and flyer will be prepared for the property to be provided to interested parties upon
request or available for download from websites. (See samples Exhibits 9-11)
• Websites: The property will be promoted on Midcoast Properties’ website
www.midcoastproperties.com, as well as on the commercial and real estate websites,
www.loopnet.com, www.commercialsource.com, www.propertyline.com and
www.costar.com. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Dale is also able
to market the property through www.CCIMNet.com, a database accessible to all CCIMs
who are commercial real estate professionals.
