MARKETING
The Argus Marketing Program is the most comprehensive of any in the entire real estate business. The underlying premise is that getting the most exposure for a property as quickly as possible will increase the number of qualified offers received. As the awareness for ASSSN has increased in the market and because ASSSN has such a high number of self-storage listings, it has also become the first stop for investors. To insure that we reach buyers, we have developed a multifaceted marketing program to give your facility the utmost exposure, both nationally and locally. Each element of the program is briefly described below.

BROKER NETWORK
The most important part of the Argus Marketing Program is our network of Affiliated Brokers specializing in self-storage. They each have intimate contacts with buyers, sellers, and owners within the industry. Their databases of clients are one of our most productive resources.

ARGUS DATABASE
On behalf of the Affiliated Brokers, Argus maintains a database of owners, buyers, sellers, and industry specialists. The database consists of approximately 28,000 owners, prospects and potential prospects.

ADVERTISING
As a leading source for self-storage information, both Inside Self-Storage and The Mini-Storage Messenger are read by most major owners and operators. Total subscription to both magazines runs approximately 20,000 per month. Each month, all of ASSSN's available properties are marketed in a full page ad in both magazines.

THE MARKET MONITER
This monthly newsletter allows Argus Affiliated Brokers to directly market their properties to over 15,000 owners and operators of self-storage. Each issue contains a real estate related article on the industry to give our readers the latest information about their industry.

INDUSTRY CONTACTS
As in any other business, it's not what you know as much as who you know, and in self-storage this is even more important factor because of the unique nature of the property type. Over the years Argus as built strong relationships not only with buyers and sellers, but with lenders, appraisers, other real estate professionals, as well as large industry operators.

SELFSTORAGE.COM
The Argus web page is integrated with the Internet's largest and most viable source for commercial listings, Loopnet.com. Over 200,000 properties are viewed on Loopnet.com everyday, while the Argus home page receives 5,000 inquires each month.

CONVENTIONS
Four times a year Argus Affiliated Brokers gather with industry leaders to discuss and learn about new developments in the industry. On average, 1,200 individuals attend the trade show portion of the convention where all of ASSSN's properties are on display and Argus Affiliated Brokers are present to answer questions.
